a basket comprising various objects or images, some "living" man, starfish, fish, tree, shell, horse ...... if possible, raise all life forms, plants and animals; other non-living: cap, elastic, car, video games, rock ......
2 labels, one written "living", the other written "non-living" and the back of each list of objects.
Presentation As in any presentation, the guide shows once and then the child is alone.
It has labels and sorts the items into two columns.
If the child is a reader, it checks its work in turning the label. Behind will be written the names of objects.
If the child is not reader should then be put images of objects on a map correction.
Notes
The child discovers that what life is born, grows, eats, reproduces and dies. And not just the moves, as my son thought.
course, the question will be on the plant world. A then we show him how does a plant, how it feeds, grows and dies by small experiments (germination of a seed, water / not water a plant, observe plants in the garden etc. ..... )
